Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and , which operates (“we”, “us”). By ticking the box that accepts them, or by using the website, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Biometric Data Notice and Refund Policy.
Please note section 17: disputes are settled by individual arbitration, not in court or as a class action. You can opt out within 30 days of accepting these terms.

You answer a few questions, upload 6 to 10 selfies and pay once. We check your photos, use AI image models to generate professional headshots that resemble you, and deliver them to a private gallery reached by an unguessable link, which we also email to you. After payment we may ask you to replace photos that won’t work; we start generating once your photos pass the checks. You can buy credits to edit delivered headshots.
The same applies to our other photo sets (dating photos, profession headshots, photoshoots, Christmas and birthday photos). Our photo tools work from fewer photos: the hairstyle and outfit tools from 1 to 3 photos of you, photo restoration from old photos you upload, and the free headshot tool gives one low-resolution, watermarked headshot per person. “Headshots” in these terms means every image we deliver.
3. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. The service is offered in the United States, in English, with prices in US dollars.
4. Your photos
When you upload a photo, you promise that (for photo restoration, see the exception below):
- it shows you, and only you. Never upload photos of anyone else, even with their permission, and never photos of a minor;
- you are 18 or older;
- you have the right to use it, for example because you took it or have permission from the photographer;
- it contains no nudity, sexual content or violence.
Photo restoration. Old photos may show other people, such as your parents or grandparents. You may upload them for restoration if you have the right to use them, they contain no nudity, sexual content or violence, and you use the restored photo only as a restored copy of the original. We run no face recognition on these photos, and we don’t use them to create new images of the people in them.
Our checks screen every upload, but they don’t replace these promises. If we find that photos break these rules, we may cancel the order, delete the photos and refuse further use. Orders canceled for breaking these rules are not covered by the guarantee.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service or your headshots to:
- create images of anyone but yourself, including public figures and celebrities (restoring an old photo you have the right to use is allowed);
- create any image of a minor;
- create nude, sexual or degrading images, or harass, threaten or defame anyone;
- impersonate anyone, or deceive people, for example to commit fraud, pass identity checks or create fake profiles;
- break any law, or try to disrupt, copy or reverse-engineer the service.
We refuse edit requests that ask for nudity, sexual content, violence, a minor or a change of identity, such as a face swap, a different age, skin color or gender, or a different body size. A refused request uses no credit. We screen generated images and discard any that contain nudity or sexual content.
Reporting misuse. If you see an image made with that breaks these rules, or that shows you without your consent, email . We review every report, delete what breaks these rules and refuse further orders from the people involved. We report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, as US law requires.
6. AI-generated images and Content Credentials
Every headshot and edit we deliver carries Content Credentials: signed C2PA metadata stating that the image was generated by AI with . We also strip camera and location data from the files. Don’t remove or alter the Content Credentials, and don’t present your headshots as unedited photographs where that would mislead. Where a law or a platform’s rules require AI-generated images to be labelled or disclosed, you are responsible for doing so.
7. Your headshots and your license to us
Your headshots are yours. As between you and us, you own the headshots we deliver to you, and you may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial ones: professional profiles, résumés, websites, press, marketing and print. You don’t need to credit us.
What you allow us to do. You give us a limited license to store and process your photos, and the face data derived from them, only to provide the service to you, including sending them to the processors named in our Biometric Data Notice. This license ends when the photos are deleted under that notice’s schedule. We do not use your photos or headshots for anything else.
Our service. The website, its design, software and text belong to us. These terms do not give you any right to them beyond using the service.
8. What AI can and can’t do
AI-generated images can contain errors, for example in hands, clothing, accessories, text or backgrounds, and not every headshot will look exactly like you. We don’t guarantee a particular likeness, number of favorites or result beyond what our Refund Policy offers. Look through your gallery before you download.
9. Payments
Prices are shown before you pay: Basic $35 for 40 headshots, Standard $45 for 60, and Executive $75 for 100 at enhanced resolution. Edit credits cost $5 for 10, $16 for 40 or $42 for 120; one credit is one edit of one delivered headshot. Our other photo sets and tools have their own prices, shown on their pages and before you pay, including any extras you add at checkout. Every purchase is a one-time payment processed by Stripe. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
10. Money-back guarantee
If you’re not happy with your headshots, tell us within 14 days of delivery and before you download any photo, and we redo them or refund you in full, your choice. The conditions are in our Refund Policy.
11. Storage and deletion
We delete your selfies 7 days after delivery (24 hours after upload if you don’t order) and your headshots 30 days after delivery, or at once when you ask. Edits are possible only while we still have your selfies. Download the headshots you want to keep; once deleted, we cannot recover them. 12. Disclaimers
Apart from the promises in these terms and our Refund Policy, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Your responsibility
If you break these terms, for example by uploading someone else’s photos, and a third party makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim.
15. Ending your use
You can stop using the service and delete your photos at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, and we will delete your photos under our schedule.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and section 17 is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. This does not take away any protection the law of the state where you live gives you and that cannot be waived by contract.
17. Disputes and arbitration
Talk to us first. Before starting a claim, email with your name, the email you ordered with, what went wrong and what you want. We both agree to try to settle it in good faith for 30 days.
Individual arbitration. If we can’t settle it, any dispute about the service or these terms will be decided by binding arbitration with a single arbitrator, run by JAMS under its consumer arbitration rules and minimum standards for consumer fairness, instead of in court. You can take part by phone or video, or in the county where you live. Under those standards your share of the fees is no more than a court filing fee, and we pay the rest. The arbitrator can award the same relief a court could, but only for you.
No class actions. You and we each bring claims only individually, never as a plaintiff or class member in a class, collective or representative action, and both of us give up the right to a jury trial.
Exceptions. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either of us may go to court to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
Mass arbitration. If 25 or more similar demands are filed against us by the same or coordinated lawyers, they are handled in batches of up to 100 demands, one arbitrator per batch, with fees charged per batch rather than per demand. While a batch is pending, the time limit for the remaining demands is paused. The first batch’s outcome does not bind the later ones.
Your right to opt out. You can opt out of this section within 30 days of first accepting these terms, by emailing from the address you ordered with and saying that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out doesn’t affect anything else in these terms.
If part of this section fails. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim goes to court and not to arbitration. The rest of this section still applies.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new date. The version you accepted applies to orders you have already placed, and a change to section 17 never applies to a dispute we already knew about.
