Every order is covered by our money-back guarantee. If you’re not happy with your photos, we redo them or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
The guarantee
Email within 14 days of delivery and before you download any photo. Tell us what’s wrong, and choose a free redo or a full refund.
What you pay
All prices are in US dollars and charged once. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Extras you can add at checkout: 20 extra photos $9, 10 extra looks $5, priority delivery $7, 2× resolution $9, or 10 photos in another style (dating, LinkedIn or lifestyle) $9. Add-ons offered right after you pay are separate orders with their own price. Every one of these is covered by the guarantee on this page. The free headshot costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
Optional edit credits, bought in your gallery: 10 edits for $5, 40 edits for $16, or 120 edits for $42. One credit is one edit of one delivered headshot.
How to ask for a redo or a refund
- Open your gallery and look through every headshot. Previewing is free and doesn’t count as a download.
- If you’re not happy, email from the address you ordered with, within 14 days of delivery. Say what’s wrong and whether you want a redo or a refund.
- We review every request within 1 to 3 business days.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.
A redo is made from your selfies, which we delete 7 days after delivery. If you ask for a redo after that, we’ll ask you to upload your photos again.
Why downloading counts
Downloading a headshot counts as using the product, so the guarantee applies only while nothing has been downloaded. Preview everything in your gallery first: you can open every photo large before you decide.
When the guarantee doesn’t apply
- You downloaded one or more headshots.
- More than 14 days have passed since delivery.
- Your uploads broke our photo rules or ignored the photo instructions, for example photos of someone else, group photos, sunglasses, heavy filters or blurry shots. We check the photos you uploaded before deciding.
Edit credits
Edits are made from your selfies, so you can use credits until we delete them: 7 days after delivery, or sooner if you delete your photos. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase; email us and we refund them.
If something goes wrong on our side
If an order fails because of a problem on our side, for example your headshots are never delivered, we redo it or refund it in full, whether or not you have downloaded anything. If you withdraw your consent before your headshots are delivered, we stop the order and refund it in full.
Before you dispute a charge
Please email us first. A redo or a refund from us is quicker for you than a bank dispute.
