What are the dimensions of the photos?
Basic and Standard headshots are 1024 × 1536 pixels, more than a profile photo, a résumé or a team page needs. Executive headshots are 2048 × 3072 pixels, so they hold up in print.
Do you offer branded team headshots?
Yes! We can do branded headshots for teams of all sizes, from local roofing stores to mid-stage startups and Fortune 500 companies.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email us within 14 days of delivery, before you download any photo, and we refund the full price. Previewing in your gallery doesn’t count as a download. The rest is in our refund policy.
What do you do with my uploaded photos?
We use them to make your headshots and for nothing else. They’re deleted 7 days after delivery, and the headshots 30 days after delivery. The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Biometric Data Notice spell out the details.
What if I don’t like my photos?
While we have a 99% satisfaction rate, weWe give you two ways out if a set misses:
A free redo: write to and we make the set again at no charge. We’ll also tell you which selfies to swap for a better likeness.
A refund: if you’d rather not try again, ask for your money back. Our refund policy says when that applies.
Where can I use my headshots?
Anywhere you like: LinkedIn, your website, a résumé, a printed flyer, a dating profile. Usage rights are covered in our Terms of Service.
