Why agents choose AI realtor headshots

  • No shoot between showings

Upload selfies from your car or your kitchen table. There is no studio to book and no session to fit around closings.
  • One face on every listing

Use photos from the same set on MLS, Zillow, your brokerage page and your sign riders, so buyers see one consistent face.
  • Settings that fit the job

Home interiors and neighborhood streets tie your photo to the homes you sell.
  • Ready for signs and mailers

You own the headshots and can print them on yard signs, postcards, listing brochures and ads.

What to wear for realtor headshots

  1. Modern realtor headshots

A modern realtor headshot looks like a good photo of you on a normal workday: natural light, a relaxed smile and a real room or street behind you. Choose the home interior or neighborhood background with business casual attire, and skip stiff, over-posed looks. This style suits agents who post on Instagram and Facebook and want their headshot to match the rest of their feed.

  2. Luxury realtor headshots

For high-end listings, go formal: a dark suit or tailored blazer, a crisp shirt or simple blouse, and a studio or office background. Navy, charcoal and black look polished in print and sit well next to glossy listing photos. Keep jewelry and accessories simple, because small details turn into noise on a sign. The Executive pack's 2048 × 3072 files give your printer the most detail.

  3. Casual real estate headshots

Agents who sell family homes in one neighborhood may want to look approachable more than corporate. Pick business casual, an open collar or a knit, and the neighborhood background with front porches and tree-lined streets. A warm smile matters more here than the outfit. These work well on a Google Business Profile, in local Facebook groups and on door-hanger flyers, where people decide whether you seem easy to call.

  4. Colors that print well

Solid navy, gray, white or your brokerage's colors print cleanly on yard signs, business cards and postcards. Small checks and thin stripes can shimmer when a photo is printed small or viewed on a phone. If your brand color is loud, wear it as an accent and keep the main piece neutral, so your face stays the brightest thing in the frame. Women and men can follow the same rule.

  5. Where to use your realtor headshots

Put the same headshot on your MLS profile, your Zillow and Realtor.com agent pages, your brokerage's team page, your email signature and your business cards. Sign riders and yard signs need a clean head-and-shoulders crop, so a studio shot works best there. Social posts and listing videos can use the home interior or neighborhood photos. Buyers who saw you online should recognize you at the open house.

  6. Check your brokerage and MLS rules

Some brokerages ask every agent for the same background or crop on team pages and signs, and some MLS systems set their own rules for agent photos. Ask before you order, then choose that background so your set matches the rest of the office. When your hair, glasses or overall look changes noticeably, order a new set so your photo still matches the person clients meet.

Questions about Real Estate Headshots

Anything else? Email support@belagon.com.

Can I use these headshots on MLS, Zillow and yard signs?

Yes. You own the headshots and can use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial marketing and print. Your MLS or brokerage may have its own photo rules, so check those.

What should I wear in my selfies?

Anything. A T-shirt selfie is fine, because you choose blazers or business casual in the order and the headshots show that. What helps is a clear view of your face, in daylight, on different days.

Will the headshots look like me?

Every headshot is compared with your selfies and the ones that don't match are screened out. Before you put one on a sign that stays up for years, look through the whole gallery and pick the ones clients would recognize at a showing.

How much do real estate headshots cost?

Basic gives you 40 headshots for $35, Standard 60 for $45 and Executive 100 for $75 at 2048 × 3072 pixels for print. Each is a single payment.

How long does it take?

Standard is ready about 30 minutes after your selfies pass the photo checks. Executive takes about 15 minutes and Basic about 45, so you can order in the morning and update your Zillow profile the same day.

Can my whole team get matching headshots?

Each agent uploads their own selfies and orders their own set. Agree on one attire and one background first, everyone picks those, and the team page lines up.

What happens to my selfies and headshots?

Your selfies are deleted 7 days after delivery and your headshots 30 days after delivery. Download the ones you need for MLS and print before then, or delete everything sooner from your account.

What if I don't like them?

If the set isn't right, email us within 14 days of delivery and before you download anything. You choose a free redo or a full refund. The refund policy has the details.
